A soul-attuned, neuroscience-informed intervention.

Trainings That Bridge Faith, Neuroscience, and Soul Work

Equip your team with the P.A.T.H. Model® to lead with clarity, presence, and purpose.

Faith-rooted. Neuroscience-informed. Designed for deep, lasting transformation.

Our trainings offer psychoeducation that equips leaders, pastors, clinicians, and first responders with practical tools to support emotional health—without losing sight of spiritual integrity. Each training is rooted in culturally competent practice, ensuring participants can serve diverse communities with sensitivity and care. Whether you’re a therapist, chaplain, coach, or team leader, you’ll gain skills that bridge science, faith, and soul work.

Clinical Training for Therapists and Social Workers

For licensed professionals ready to integrate faith and neuroscience ethically.

This track equips mental health professionals to apply the model within their licensure scope. Rather than a manualized treatment, P.A.T.H. provides a neuroscience-informed, faith-integrated framework to guide presence, clarity, and values-driven work with clients.

Our clinical trainings ensure therapists can practice with integrity while supporting spiritually minded clients—especially in treatment-resistant or faith-wary populations.

What’s included:

  • In-depth instruction on the model’s clinical relevance
  • Consultation for ethical use within scope of practice
  • Exploration of IFS, Hope Theory, Transpersonal Theory
  • Case-based learning and practical tools

You’ll receive a Certificate of Completion as P.A.T.H. Trained in Clinical Integration.
This is an educational certification, not a licensure or coaching credential.

Ministry and Community Trainings (Non-Clinical)

For pastors, peer supporters, spiritual directors, and everyday helpers.

This path equips faith-based leaders to bring emotional and spiritual clarity to their communities. Whether you’re mentoring one person or guiding an entire ministry, P.A.T.H. Trainings give you language, tools, and confidence to lead with alignment.

We teach spiritually integrated interventions in a way that’s usable outside the therapy room—in staff meetings, mentorship spaces, and discipleship relationships.

What’s included:

  • Live or recorded sessions
  • Retreats, workshops, and cohort programs
  • Workbook content and ministry resources

Graduates receive a P.A.T.H. Trained designation (non-clinical).
This signals readiness to apply the model in ministry and leadership roles—not as therapy or coaching.

Support for First Responders & Frontline Workers

For police, firefighters, EMTs, corrections officers, and high-stress teams navigating trauma, stigma, and emotional fatigue.

We equip those on the front lines—law enforcement, fire, EMS, and other emergency personnel—to navigate trauma, reduce stigma, and build resilience without shame. These workers are often exposed to repeated critical incidents, yet cultural norms of silence, stoicism, and spiritual suppression remain widespread.

The P.A.T.H. Model® offers tools that validate both the professional culture of first responders and their humanity—bridging the gap between duty, personal faith, and emotional healing.

Why it matters:
Many frontline workers may come from faith-leaning communities, where mental health challenges are often internalized as weakness. Our trainings provide culturally competent psychoeducation that speaks their language, respects their mission, and restores alignment.

Coaching for Individuals & Couples

For those navigating burnout, life transitions, or soul-weary seasons.

This isn’t therapy—it’s soul-aligned coaching. Whether you’re seeking clarity in your calling, healing from emotional exhaustion, or deeper connection in your relationships, this path helps you return to what matters most.

The P.A.T.H. framework offers a unique space to explore identity, emotion, and truth—without pressure to perform or over-explain. We help individuals and couples realign with their values, rediscover their voice, and move forward with integrity.

We don’t diagnose. We don’t fix. We walk with you toward what’s real and right—using spiritually integrated interventions that support both inner growth and outer change.

What’s included:

  • 1:1 or couples coaching with internal P.A.T.H.-trained providers

  • Virtual or in-person sessions focused on Presence, Truth, and Healing

  • Practices for emotional regulation, identity alignment, and relational clarity

  • Tools and reflections drawn from neuroscience, narrative work, and faith

You walk away with language for what you’re feeling, a path forward that honors your story and the inner resilience to live with clarity—not just cope
